As in every facility, they are wickedly understaffed - no doubt a cost saving measure at the expense of their residents.There were misdiagnoses by Janet or Janice the head nurse - we had meeting after meeting. She would not listen to us and insisted that "they knew" what was best - they didn't as we found out when he had to go the hospital where he eventually went on hospice care and died.
